CONCEPT ONLY
Discovery & Concept Strategy
A structured process to define your brand's spatial identity and the Signature Feature that will anchor it. We move from brand understanding and site analysis through to a fully developed concept, delivered as a complete strategy handbook ready for design development.

Phase 1: Brand Discovery & Strategic Alignment
We start by getting to know your brand deeply including your identity, business goals, target customer, and the experience you want to create. This conversation establishes the shared vision and strategic direction for the entire project.

Phase 2: Site & Spatial Analysis
We visit the space in person to understand how it works — customer flow, functional needs, and spatial opportunities. This gives us the real-world foundation to make informed design decisions.

A detailed scope of work document will be issued within 1–2 days, including project timelines, deliverables, and final pricing.
Phase 3: Signature Feature Strategy & Concept Development
We define the one design element that will anchor your space — your Signature Feature. Brand values are translated into atmosphere, materiality, and storytelling. A collaborative review session ensures the concept is fully aligned before we finalise.

Phase 4: Concept Presentation & Handover

CONCEPT + DESIGN
Signature Feature Design Development
From approved concept to construction-ready documentation. We develop the Signature Feature in full, resolving form, materials, and fabrication detail. Upon final presentation, your project team will receive a complete handover package containing all documentation required for implementation.

Phase 5: Design Development & Material Exploration
The approved concept is brought to life through detailed design studies, material exploration, and finish selection. We work through the design iteratively, with collaborative review sessions to ensure every decision is aligned before we finalise.

Phase 6: Design Handover & Advisory Support

EXECUTION SERVICES
A design-led coordination service that ensures the approved Signature Feature is executed with precision and integrity. Throughout construction and fabrication, we provide ongoing design guidance, technical review, and quality control so the final result is exactly as intended.

We remain hands-on throughout fabrication, we coordinate closely with either our appointed fabrication partners or your selected contractors, ensuring design intent is carried through to completion.
